    Oh where do i even begin, the views were blocked with bars like how quaint. A/C not working, and who doesn't love a warm, stuffy room? Let's not forget the food-closed early, and no in-room dining? I expected a welcome basket for my inconvenience but alas, i left disappointed and almost gave 4 stars. Just couldn't.

    This place was ideal for a perfect stay, can't recommend highly enough. We have booked double room with beautiful facilities. The staff were wonderful and location was great. The area was touristic short walk to the town center and main sights. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was terrific.

    This exceptional and absolutely amazing hotel worth its 5 stars, everything was perfect. The staff were courteous and helpful all the time. I got a comfy room with private bathroom. The property was in a marvellous location, to the river side. Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I will be back.

    I loved how modern and zen the decor was! The spacious rooms were beautifully designed, though I did wish for a few more dining options to choose from. I'd definitely return for that fantastic breakfast experience again!

    Staying at muni kyoto by onko chishin was a dream. We celebrated a wedding and the huge king room with garden view was very good. The breakfast was really good, and everything from the calming aesthetic to the very nice views.

    definitely coming here again

    The king room with garden view was perfect. It had a balcony, bathrobe, minibar, and even wine glasses. I loved the soundproofing and the comfy sofa. The spa facilities were nice too! Everything was clean, and the free gym access was a bonus. The inner courtyard view was super tranquil.

    Couples seeking tranquility

    We were blown away by the size of the room it was huge and the balcony with the water feature was fine. Spent hours just relaxing and reading outside after our sightseeing

    It was pricey but given the experience I think it was justified
